Our Community, Our Strength

A proud native of Phoenix, born and raised in District 4, Aaron has dedicated his life to public service. Though his education took him abroad to Brussels, Guanajuato, and Chile, he always returned home.

For more than 20 years, he has built a career centered on strengthening the community. As founder and President of LMC Enterprises Consulting, he developed training for childcare providers, advanced worker rights for domestic employees, and helped families access affordable housing. He also gained valuable insight into city government through years of service on the staff of three Phoenix City Council members. More recently, he has supported economic growth by working alongside small businesses both locally and nationwide.

His commitment extends beyond professional work. Aaron has volunteered for more than a decade with the Chavez Youth & Community Foundation. He serves as Vice President of the Willo Neighborhood Association and Chair of the Encanto Village Planning Committee. He also served on the Phoenix Symphony Board of Overseers as the Diversity Committee Chair and as a member of the AZAEYC board.

As Councilmember, he will bring lived experience and proven leadership to ensure District 4 thrives.
